Our Story

FADER was founded in 2022 by a group of passionate educators and community advocates who witnessed firsthand the disparities in educational opportunities across different communities.

What started as a small volunteer initiative has grown into a respected organization that serves a number of students and families annually, providing educational resources, advocacy support, and community programs.

Over the years, we've successfully advocated for policy changes, implemented innovative educational programs, and built strong partnerships with schools, community organizations, and government agencies.
