Forum Advocating Educational Rights (FADER) respects the privacy of our donors and supporters. We will never sell, lease, exchange, or inappropriately distribute your personal information, including names, contact details, or payment transaction references, to any unauthorized third party.
2. Cardholder Information & Security
To guarantee maximum security for your transactions, our web architecture implements a decoupled payment pipeline. Our local Laravel database and web servers never process, capture, view, or store raw 16-digit credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or mobile money PIN numbers.
All payment processing operations are handled entirely by our securely integrated payment gateway provider, Broadpay Zambia Limited (Lenco). Transactions are executed via encrypted, 3D-Secure pipelines on Lenco's PCI-DSS compliant hosting servers, mitigating any exposure of payment credentials on our end.
3. Information Collected
We log minimal donor transactional footprints (such as donor name, email address, transaction reference, timestamp, and payment status) purely for standard internal auditing, financial reconciliation, and the automated generation of charity donation receipts.
