1. Purpose of Donations
All financial contributions made through this website are processed as voluntary, philanthropic gifts to Forum Advocating Educational Rights (FADER), a registered Non-Governmental Organization in the Republic of Zambia. These funds directly support our community programs, advocacy campaigns, and initiatives aimed at advancing educational access and equity.
2. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Because donations are made as immediate, un-retractable acts of charity, all transactions completed via our Lenco integration are considered final and non-refundable. However, in exceptional circumstances—such as an accidental double-deduction or a verified technical processing error—the donor must contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 business days of the transaction. We will investigate the issue and, if valid, coordinate with Broadpay (Lenco) to reverse the erroneous amount.
3. Customer Service and Response Commitments
We are dedicated to maintaining open communication with our supporters. For any payment inquiries, receipt requests, or donation challenges, you may reach out to us directly. In strict compliance with our platform gateway obligations, FADER guarantees a response or resolution status to all donor payment inquiries within one (1) business day.
